Since 2004, we have expanded our portfolio to include hundreds of products across five categories: Air Conditioning, Audio Devices, Small Household Appliances, Home Appliances, and Smart Devices. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are expanding our operations in Spain and looking for a bSenior Accountant /b to provide accounting support and ensure compliance with local financial regulations. /p pThis is a fully hands‑on, independent role that requires initiative and daily involvement in all financial processes – from bookkeeping and payroll to statutory reporting, allowances, travel orders and communication with authorities. /p h3What you'll be responsible for /h3 ul liDefining and continuously improving accounting policies in line with business needs. /li liRepresenting the company before auditors, tax authorities, and state institutions. /li liPreparing annual work plans and supervising employees to achieve goals. /li liSetting performance indicators, monitoring results, and improving efficiency. /li liManaging reporting processes and ensuring timely preparation of financial reports (monthly, periodic, annual, consolidated) in line with regulations. /li liMonitoring accounting and tax legislation and providing guidance for compliance. /li liCoordinating with auditors and authorities; consulting within area of expertise. /li liSupporting the alignment of accounting processes across the group. /li liOverseeing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations. /li /ul h3It would be great if you have /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Accounting,
