In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to solve AI transformation challenges for clients, aligning business needs with technical delivery. You will deploy GenAI assets and drive end-to-end programs across diverse, high-impact sectors. You’ll engage senior clients with data-driven narratives and shape scalable, AI-enabled operating models. This position offers the chance to mentor teams and contribute to a culture of learning and inclusion.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead跨-functional teams (consultants, engineers, DS, designers) to tackle AI transformation challenges
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consulting teams, and technical delivery squads
• Deploy BCG's GenAI and agentic AI assets
• Drive end-to-end program delivery ensuring quality, scope, and timelines
• Work across regulated, high-impact sectors,



scaling AI use cases and redesigning operating models
• Engage senior clients with data-driven narratives and vision-setting
• Mentor and foster inclusive, growth-oriented team culture

Responsabilidades
• At least 7 years in top-tier consulting or tech/digital transformation with AI-enabled solutions
• Proven experience delivering value through transformation projects with a technical component
• At least 2 years of xqbhyrx project management and leadership experience
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across levels
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking for AI-driven solutions
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional alignment skills
• Some technical knowledge of AI or software development
• Commitment to inclusivity and developing others
• Fluency in Spanish and English
