You drive capability building, innovation, and standardization while partnering with regional leaders and engineering teams worldwide to strengthen software excellence and support business growth. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead global software skills development initiatives and define training programs that foster continuous learning and professional growth. /li liCoordinate regional teams to create and maintain global standard work products, processes, and best practices. /li liDevelop and mentor software engineering leaders and teams to build strong technical and leadership capabilities. /li liDrive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance software development efficiency and quality globally.
