a Technical Project Manager at Loyal Guru, you will lead the
technical onboarding and deployment of our SaaS product for
mid-to-large-sized companies. You will own the client relationship
throughout the integration process, leveraging your deep technical
background to guarantee a smooth and successful experience. This
role requires you to be the bridge between expert project
management and a profound understanding of APIs, architectural
patterns, and client systems. Responsibilities: Lead the delivery
of product rollout projects, managing scope and technical risks to
ensure delivery is in line with contractual commitments. Lead
discovery workshops with client stakeholders to analyze technical
and functional requirements and define the optimal integration
strategy. Act as the primary technical expert on the Loyal Guru
API, explaining its features, data models, and authentication
methods to client developers and architects. Manage client
relationships as the main point of contact for delivery, using
strong interpersonal skills to build trust and an excellent working
relationship. Create and prioritize the delivery roadmap based on
business value and technical risk. Proactively coordinate delivery




tasks between internal and external teams to make things happen.
Accurately monitor client projects with appropriate metrics,
including status reports, risk management, and budget tracking.
Ensure contractual commitments and deadlines are met,
diplomatically protecting teams from unproductive distractions. ?
Your Profile: You have 5+ years of experience managing complex IT
projects, with a mandatory background as a Software Developer,
Solutions Architect, or a similar hands-on technical role. You have
a solid understanding of project management methodologies
(knowledge of PMBOK is essential). You have a deep understanding of
APIs, data modeling, system integration patterns, and Software as a
Service (SaaS) principles. You possess excellent communication and
interpersonal skills in English (C1), with a proven ability to
build empathetic, trust-based relationships with both business and
technical stakeholders. You have a strong analytical and
problem-solving mindset, combined with a highly organized and
structured approach to your work. You hold a degree in Computer
Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or have
equivalent work experience). Desirable Skills: PMP certification.
Previous experience in the Retail sector. Experience working with
agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Spanish and French - B2 level
