We help major delivery platforms, courier companies, and mobility operators across Europe find, train, and onboard qualified drivers and riders faster and more efficiently. /p pOur mission is to make hiring in the service sector smarter, faster, and more sustainable — combining technology, marketing, and human expertise to match the right candidates with the right opportunities. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Driver Recruitment Job Platforms Coordinator to join our growing team. /p pYou will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing local and national job platforms across multiple countries to generate a consistent flow of driver leads for our clients’ hiring needs. /p pThis role combines market research, partnership management, and performance marketing. You’ll work closely with the Paid Media Marketer and Account Managers to ensure our job postings deliver a high volume of quality leads — at the lowest possible Cost per Lead (CPL). /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, evaluate, and onboard local and national job boards and driver recruitment platforms in each operating market. /li liNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements with platform partners to maximize value and minimize CPL. /li liManage and optimize job postings to ensure high visibility and lead quality. /li liContinuously monitor and analyze platform performance, adjusting strategies to improve conversions.



/li liWork closely with Account Managers to understand monthly hiring targets and align job posting efforts accordingly. /li liCollaborate with the Paid Media and Creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. /li liTrack spend, performance, and ROI across platforms, preparing weekly and monthly reports on results and recommendations. /li liStay up to date with new job platforms, recruitment technologies, and regional trends in driver hiring. /li liEnsure full compliance with data protection and advertising regulations in each country. /li /ul h3Skills Experience Required /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, job board management, or performance hiring campaigns. /li liStrong understanding of online job platforms, aggregators, and local recruitment channels. /li liProven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. /li liAnalytical mindset with ability to optimize CPL and conversion rates. /liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills. /li liOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple markets and partners simultaneously. /li liExperience in mobility, delivery, or logistics industries is a strong plus. /li liProficiency in English; additional European languages are a major advantage. /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 pA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources,



or a related field is preferred.
