and alerting /liliIdentify technical debt and continuously improve system quality and maintainability /liliParticipate in code reviews and uphold high engineering standards and best practices /li /ulh3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3ulliCollaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and other engineering teams /liliWork effectively with distributed engineering teams across Europe and Asia /liliContribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment and production operations /liliShare technical knowledge and contribute to a collaborative, transparent engineering culture /li /ulh3What We’re Looking ForCore Qualifications /h3ulli5 years of professional experience in backend software development, specializing in Java and distributed systems /liliStrong software engineering fundamentals with solid expertise in object-oriented design, clean code, and maintainable system architecture /liliExtensive experience building and operating microservices using the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud /liliStrong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, networking, and operating systems /liliExperience designing scalable and distributed systems with a solid understanding of consistency, fault tolerance, high availability, and scalability /liliProficient in designing RESTful APIs with a strong focus on API usability, versioning, and maintainability /liliExtensive experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL /liliStrong expertise in SQL optimization, indexing strategies, schema design, query tuning, and database scalability /liliHands‑on experience with event-driven and asynchronous architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ,
