As a Senior Security Architect at Swiss Re, you will shape our cybersecurity strategy by designing scalable, secure architectures for global operations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance innovation with risk management while advancing security maturity across IT environments. You will influence security concepts across the business landscape and drive adoption within IT. This role offers the chance to impact resilience at scale, work with cutting-edge technologies, and lead strategic security discussions.

• Develop practical security requirements, architecture blueprints and processes for the application and solution landscape
• Advance technical and organizational security competencies and adapt to emerging security trends
• Review, advise on and approve security concepts for various digital solutions across Swiss Re's business landscape
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers inside Swiss Re's architecture teams driving adoption within their IT departments




• Lead complex security discussions with multiple stakeholders, providing expert guidance and solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on our security posture

Responsabilidades
• Significant knowledge of major cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and standard methods
• Proven track record of defining and delivering enterprise-scale security architectures
• Deep expertise in network security, application security, identity and access management, endpoint/mobile security, or cloud infrastructures
• Thorough understanding of application and service development, xqbhyrx including cloud-native processes and security challenges
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead complex conversations in a consulting and mediating way
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and create appropriate solutions independently
