In this role you will design and deploy intelligent agents to transform how organizations operate, building scalable architectures and governance for enterprise adoption. You will work hands-on and as a strategic leader to translate business goals into working code and measurable outcomes. You’ll shape memory systems, agent orchestration, and integration with enterprise tools, contributing to reusable patterns and frameworks. This opportunity lets you influence agentic AI at scale within a diverse integral team.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Implement memory systems (episodic, semantic, procedural, long-term) using vector databases, knowledge graphs, and RAG pipelines
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, SaaS tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) and multi-source data layers
• Develop end-to-end prototypes and production systems, from model tuning to backend and UI integration
• Apply AgentOps and MLOps: versioning, evaluation, observability, security, and guardrails for reliable deployment
• Define agentic architectures and reusable components to accelerate cross-client adoption




• Collaborate directly with clients, translating business goals into working code and measurable outcomes
• Contribute to engineering community by codifying patterns, frameworks, and accelerators

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in AI/ML or software engineering with client-facing experience
• 2+ years in Generative AI, 1+ year building and deploying agentic or multi-agent systems
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven API integration experience, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of memory engineering, xqbhyrx data layer design, and multi-agent coordination
• Solid grasp of security, Responsible AI, and enterprise-grade scalability
• Strong communication and delivery skills with technical and executive audiences
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
