Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you will design and improve the context layer powering AI-driven content systems and self-service knowledge. You’ll bridge AI systems, technical documentation, and program execution to deliver scalable, high-quality context for AI agents. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Documentation leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes and governance. Expect to shape guidelines for technical writing and content strategy across teams, driving value delivery in an AI-first environment.

Ensure alignment from strategy to execution across teams and stakeholders
Plan and translate the 'What' into actionable 'How' initiatives
Track execution progress and optimize processes for value delivery
Empower Product Managers and Information Developers across teams
Identify and escape blockers and manage program risks
Curate and enrich metadata across data assets;
resolve semantic conflicts
Package context into AI-ready formats and connect stakeholders to roadmap items




Shape guidelines for technical writing and promote best practices
Coordinate content strategy, architecture, and documentation standards with an AI-first approach
Responsabilidades 2+ years of AI experience in a B2B software product environment
3+ years of experience aligned with technical writing
Experience defining and executing strategy and governance for software documentation
Creative self-starter with a vision for enterprise software documentation
Ability to motivate with a Why-focused strategy
Familiar with docs-as-code and eager to apply new AI technologies
Hands-on technical expertise with customer analytics to validate outcomes
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiar with Markdown
Understanding of software development lifecycles and architectural background
Knowledge of software intelligence, cloud technologies, AI, application security, and SaaS
Willingness to push boundaries with metrics to support work
