If you’re ready to grow, embrace change, and make an impact, let’s go. /p h3Why This Role Matters /h3 pAt Goodyear Iberia, we are expanding our HR team and are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist Iberia to join us on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). /p pIn this role, you will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for Spain and Portugal, acting as the key link between Goodyear and external payroll providers, while supporting employees and business stakeholders with expert payroll guidance. /p pYou will report to the Payroll Manager Europe South, based in France, and play a key role in driving payroll excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across Iberia. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liManage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Spain and Portugal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations and collective bargaining agreements. /li liValidate payroll inputs (hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, leaves, allowances, shifts, etc.) and reconcile payroll outputs from external providers. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for external payroll vendors, monitoring service quality, SLAs, escalations, and continuous improvement actions. /li liEnsure compliance with labor law, social security, taxation,



and internal payroll controls, supporting internal and external audits as required. /li liPrepare, analyze, and validate monthly payroll reports for HR, Finance, and management. /li liProvide expert support to employees, HR Business Partners, Finance, HRIS, and Legal on payroll, benefits, taxation, and time attendance matters. /li liDrive process improvements, standardization, and digitalization of payroll activities, ensuring alignment with global standards where applicable. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). /li li5+ years of payroll experience in Spain; exposure to Portugal payroll is a strong advantage. /li liStrong knowledge of Spanish labor law, social security, taxation, and payroll compliance. /li liProven experience working with external payroll providers (e.g., bADP, SD Worx, or similar /b). /li liSolid experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday, SAP HR, Meta4, or similar), with advanced Excel skills preferred. /li liHigh attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. /li liExcellent communication skills, service orientation, confidentiality, plus fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus) and availability to work from the Madrid area. /li /ul pWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
