ph3MISSION /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex and strategic IT initiatives across the organisation. /p pThe Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the IT projects under his/her scope are reliably and efficiently executed on time, within budget, and meet the agreed‑upon objectives. /p pIn this role, the Senior IT Project Manager is expected to drive the successful delivery of IT projects following the global governance and project management framework defined by the Head of IT PMO. /p pThe ideal candidate combines deep project management expertise with strong business analysis capabilities, enabling him/her to bridge the gap between business users and the IT delivery teams. /p h3MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pProject Delivery: Lead and deliver large, complex IT projects from initiation through to go‑live, on time, within scope and budget. Drive agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate, adapting approach to project context. /p pProject Governance: Follow and maintain the defined project governance frameworks and processes, including steering committees, RAID logs, project charters, and delivery roadmaps. /p pRisk and Issue Management: Proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimise project delays and disruptions, and actively escalation for management attention. Escalated information and mitigation proposals should help management drive decisions. /p pBudget Management: Manage project budgets and provide financial reporting. /p pChange Management: As part of the IT project deliveries, oversee the change management process, ensuring that end‑users are prepared for new systems, processes, or technologies through training and communication.



/p pCommunication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks and financials to key stakeholders. /p pCross‑functional Collaboration: Manage cross‑functional project teams, including internal IT staff, business stakeholders, and third‑party vendors. Work closely with these teams to define project requirements/objectives, coordinate the implementation of the technical and/or functional solutions, facilitate the testing campaign (including Unit testing, Quality Assurance, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Training), orchestrate the production delivery and perform a post‑project evaluation. /p pStakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and representatives. /p pBusiness Analysis Expertise: Contribute to capturing business requirements by facilitating the translation of business needs into functional and non‑functional specifications for IT delivery teams. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with relevant stakeholders to drive requirements alignment and decision‑making. /p h3REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /h3 pDemonstrable experience in IT project management (7+ years’ experience), with at least 3 years in trading, financial services or similar organisations/industries. /p pProven experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional IT projects from initiation through delivery.



/p pIn‑depth understanding of risk management and issue resolution within IT projects. /p pStrong experience managing project budgets. /p pExcellent organisational, communication and stakeholders’ management skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders and business leaders. /p pExperience in change management and communication strategies to ensure successful project adoption by end‑users. /p pExperience with vendor management and third‑party integrations. /p pStrong business analysis skills. /p pPMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications. /p pProficiency in enterprise project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). /p pStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). /p pUnderstanding of trade lifecycle: Front office (e.g., deal capture), middle office (e.g., Risk, PL) and Back office (e.g., Reporting). /p pExperience in Data Platform or similar projects. /p h3QUALIFICATIONS ANDSKILLS /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills and high drive; /li liSense of responsibility and initiative; /li liAbility to work autonomously; /li liResistance to stress and time‑pressure; /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation; /li liAgile and versátil mindset, reactive to requests; /li liExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail; /li liAbility to interact with colleagues of diverse cultures; respect for diversity; /li liFull professional proficiency in Office 365 is expected. /li liFull professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset. /li liSpanish national, EU national, or holder of a valid spanish work permit. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
