ppVerisure is seeking a talented, passionate and innovative Group HR Strategy Intern to join our growing Group HR, Comms and Strategy team. The Group HR Strategy Intern will be a key member of the team and will report directly to the Group HR Project Manager. /ppThe Madrid-based intern will be a key member of the PMO team, involved in strategic HR international projects, process improvement and key reporting initiatives, which will impact all countries where Verisure operates. The projects will involve the design, implementation and development of key HR processes, working hand on hand with consultants and colleagues from various countries. /ppThe Intern will work side by side with the team managers and will support them in gathering and analysing information from different sources in order to build insights, action plans and ways of working which will have great impact for the company. /ph3Main Responsibilities And Functions /h3ulliSupporting the team with the planning, coordination and monitoring of strategic HR projects at a integral level and action plans where accurate and timely data analysis, key documents regular update and management of a diverse set of cross‑country stakeholders are critical. /liliAssisting on key processes across the Group HR, Comms and Strategy team and beyond, as required. /liliInputting on the continuous improvement of recurring annual processes across Group Function HR, playing a key role in engaging the team in new ways of working. /liliAnalysing data from several sources on a regular basis, supporting the team in the creation of new reports and dashboards for the HR function. /liliContributing to change management in a constructive work environment, building and nurturing regular collaboration within and beyond the broader HR team,



including Centers of Excellence and local HR colleagues. /liliSupporting the Group HR, Comms and Strategy team as needed with ad hoc and recurring initiatives, including tasks with exposure to specialistic areas such as compensation and talent management. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile: Experience And Qualifications /h3ulliStudents or graduates in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology or related disciplines. /liliStrong drive, enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to create a positive work environment and teamwork, and are proactive, organized and detail-oriented. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. /liliFluent in written and spoken English Spanish. /liliIntermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point. /liliPrevious experience working with Workday in an academic or professional context. /liliInterest in strategy, transformation and HR processes in a fast-growing, tech-driven company. /liliCuriosity, adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges. /li /ulh3Verisure Will Offer You /h3ulliPaid internship with a full-time schedule and flexibility. /liliHybrid model.
