I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the resort. /ph3Duties and Responsibilities: /h3ulliGreet guests on arrival in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible. /liliAnswer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in departments standards. /liliAssist in the control of outlet operational budget, ensuring that all costs are strictly controlled maximizing profitability. /liliInspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine list, ensure designated amounts are available, and update menus or wine lists as changes occur. /liliAttend regular meeting and briefing to keep informed of policies and procedures, special events, further improvement plans and guest comments. /liliBe familiar with preparation, ingredients and presentation of all drinks offered in menus. /liliUse the appropriate glassware for the different beverages. /liliEnsure the prompt and efficient service of all beverages set by the resorts required standards. /liliHave knowledge of guests likes and dislikes pertaining to drinks throughout their stay.



/liliEnsure all mis-en-place for cocktails and drinks are correctly prepared prior to service in all beverage outlets. /liliMake every effort to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of guests beverage requests throughout service. /liliEnsure that your working bar areas is of exemplary clean nature. /liliEnsure that you are aware and informed of all products the resort bars use for service including the bar machinery. /liliHave a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and FB day to day activities and operational hours. /liliRecommend and promote items as directed by supervisor. /liliMaintain at all times the highest standard of social skills. /liliReport any maintenances faults following the required steps. /liliKnowledge on menu prices and suggesting upselling when necessary. /liliAscertains guest satisfaction and ensure that all guest billing procedures are handled correctly, minimizing rebates during check out and bid guest farewell. /liliMaintain and update of guest history files and disbursement of relevant information ensuring guest requests and preferences and/or food allergies are implemented whenever possible. /liliMaintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time.



/liliEnsure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. /liliUpkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. /liliMy performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. /liliStrictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. /liliPerform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliQualifications To execute the position of Bartender, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. /liliI possess a minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than one years experience in a similar operational role. /liliI have experience in cocktail-making, beverage service and garnishing. /liliI have excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks. /liliTechnical skills include Advanced MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. /liliI am also familiar with various hotel systems including MICROS/point of sell platforms. /liliI have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies on discounts/food promotion etc. /liliI am familiar with Food and beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory. /liliI have an excellent command of written and spoken English. /liliI will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services. /li /ulpSix Senses Ibiza is an equal opportunity employer.
