ph3Position Purpose /h3pTo manage and optimize the company’s purchasing activities, ensuring efficient supply of HVAC products (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration), achieving cost competitiveness, product quality and availability, while maintaining strong relationships with national and international suppliers. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the full purchasing process for HVAC products and solutions. /liliNegotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules and supplier agreements. /liliBuild and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers and distributors. /liliMonitor market trends, pricing and cost-saving opportunities. /liliCoordinate demand planning with Sales, Logistics and Finance departments. /liliControl stock levels, inventory rotation and purchasing forecasts. /liliEvaluate, approve and monitor supplier performance. /liliPrepare analysis and reports using badvanced Excel /b (costs, margins, KPIs, forecasts). /liliIdentify and implement improvements in purchasing and supply chain processes. /liliEnsure compliance with technical regulations and quality standards within the HVAC sector /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pbEducation: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering,
