ppbProject Manager - Data Centres /b /p pbLocation: /b Madrid, Spain /p pAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced bProject Manager /b to join a leading international consultancy supporting the delivery of major data centre developments across Spain. /p pAs demand for hyperscale and colocation facilities continues to grow, you will play a key role in delivering technically complex, mission-critical projects for some of the world's leading technology clients. /p pAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p pWorking alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will manage clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while overseeing all aspects of project delivery throughout the design and construction lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the delivery of large-scale data centre projects from planning through to handover. /li liManage project programmes, budgets, risk registers and reporting. /li liCoordinate design teams, contractors and specialist consultants. /li liMonitor project performance, quality, commercial objectives and programme milestones. /li liChair project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior stakeholders. /li liIdentify and mitigate project risks while driving successful project outcomes. /li liSupport procurement activities, contract administration and project governance. /li liEnsure compliance with health safety regulations and industry best practice. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
