Join our Last Mile Planning team where you will retrieve, integrate, and visualize data to support the efficiency of our package delivery network. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across Last Mile SOP and Capacity planning to drive planning, execution, and process improvement initiatives while tracking progress against established goals. If you enjoy problem solving, are comfortable working with large datasets from multiple sources, and thrive in a cross-functional environment, we want to hear from you. /ph3Key job responsibilities /h3ulliGenerate and analyze weekly volume plans for EU AMZL delivery stations to ensure organizational readiness for future demands /liliEvaluate execution gaps and implement data-driven solutions to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency /liliPartner with operations and capacity planning teams to ensure timely decision-making and execution of action items /liliRetrieve, integrate, and visualize data from multiple sources to support the package delivery network's efficiency /liliBuild and maintain cross-functional relationships to deliver results that align with established organizational goals /li /ulh3A day in the life /h3pAs a Planning Analyst in the SOP Team, your day revolves around the weekly cadence for generating volume plans for EU AMZL delivery stations.
You'll spend time analyzing execution data to identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional partners to address challenges, and ensuring decisions are made and actioned. You'll work with various data systems to extract insights and prepare recommendations that help the organization prepare for future demands. /ph3About the team /h3pThe EU AMZL SOP organization comprises an international group of individuals working across 6 office locations in 5 countries, representing over 15 nationalities.
