This position plays a crucial role in managing the Make/Supply Planning transformation program within the Business Unit for Europe, driving the transition from current to newly designed planning processes, and developing regional planning team capabilities. /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /polliLead the transformation and continuous assessment of the supply chain to identify business improvement opportunities, including end-to-end value stream mapping. /liliAnalyze and define business improvements and projects to optimize supply chain performance in terms of On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Cost to Serve, and Working Capital across the EMEA Region. /liliDevelop customer service offers and translate them into replenishment models, optimizing the usage of the distribution network and enhancing interactions between customer service and planning, including e-commerce strategies and logistics optimization. /liliSupport the delivery of regional supply chain KPIs and ensure collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
