You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations, leveraging automation, data, AI to drive pipeline generation, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth. /p pYou will design and implement workflows, integrations, and data processes that enable teams to identify, engage, and convert target customers more effectively. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 pClay Platform Administrator /p ul liServe as the primary administrator of Clay. /li liDesign, build, and maintain scalable Clay workflows and automations. /li liConfigure and optimize data enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and prioritization processes. /li liMonitor workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system reliability. /li /ul pData Orchestration Signal Prioritization /p ul liUse Clay to aggregate and unify data from internal and external sources. /li liBuild processes that enrich accounts, contacts, and leads with relevant firmographic, technographic, intent, and engagement data. /li liDevelop prioritization models that surface the most relevant signals and opportunities for sellers. /li liEnsure sales teams receive accurate, timely, and actionable insights. /li liDesign and maintain integrations between Clay and Salesforce. /li liEnsure data synchronization, quality, and governance across systems.



/li liDefine and manage workflows for account, contact, and lead updates. /li /ul pAutomation Process Optimization /p ul liAutomate repetitive GTM processes to improve efficiency and scalability. /li liBuild workflows that support prospecting, account prioritization, territory planning, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. /li liIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement automated solutions. /li liDocument processes and establish best practices for workflow management. /li /ul pCross-Functional Collaboration /p ul liPartner with Sales to understand seller workflows and prioritization needs. /li liWork closely with Revenue Operations to align data models and CRM processes. /li liCollaborate with Marketing to incorporate additional signals and data sources. /li liTrain stakeholders on workflow outputs and system capabilities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or related field /li li5+ years of experience in similar role /li liExperience with Clay is a must.
