The role focuses on reducing non-conformities, improving process reliability, and reinforcing a strong quality culture across operations. /ph3Responsabilidades /h3h3Main Responsabilities /h3pThe Quality Engineer plays a key role in ensuring quality, process stability, and compliance within a chemical industrial setting. His/her responsibilities will include: /pulliContinuous Improvement Projects: Working on continuous improvement initiatives such as scrap reduction, process optimization, vision systems, and Nadcap-related activities in coordination with Process Engineers. /liliStandardization and Operational Excellence: Collaborating with satellite plants and production teams to implement standardization plans, promoting a right first time culture, error-proofing systems, and a strong understanding of customer requirements. /liliProblem Solving Root Cause Analysis: Leading root cause analysis of quality issues such as customer complaints, rejections, internal non-conformities, and scrap, ensuring implementation of effective corrective actions and validation of their effectiveness. /liliPreventive Actions Best Practices: Implementing preventive actions and ensuring the deployment and standardization of lessons learned and best practices across production lines. /liliCustomer Claims Management: Managing customer claims,
