ph3Descripción /h3pOur Client, An Important Multinational In The Industrial Composites Sector, Seeks To Strengthen Its Technical Team With The Figure Of a /ph3QUALITY ENGINEER (Chemical Industrial Components Sector) /h3h3Mission Statement /h3pReporting directly to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer's mission is to ensure product and process quality within a chemical industrial environment through continuous improvement, robust problem solving, and strict compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on reducing non-conformities, improving process reliability, and reinforcing a strong quality culture across operations. /ph3Responsabilidades /h3h3Main Responsabilities /h3pThe Quality Engineer plays a key role in ensuring quality, process stability, and compliance within a chemical industrial setting. His/her responsibilities will include: /pulliContinuous Improvement Projects: Working on continuous improvement initiatives such as scrap reduction, process optimization, vision systems, and Nadcap-related activities in coordination with Process Engineers. /liliStandardization and Operational Excellence: Collaborating with satellite plants and production teams to implement standardization plans, promoting a right first time culture, error-proofing systems, and a strong understanding of customer requirements. /liliProblem Solving Root Cause Analysis: Leading root cause analysis of quality issues such as customer complaints, rejections, internal non-conformities, and scrap, ensuring implementation of effective corrective actions and validation of their effectiveness. /liliPreventive Actions Best Practices: Implementing preventive actions and ensuring the deployment and standardization of lessons learned and best practices across production lines. /liliCustomer Claims Management: Managing customer claims,
coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to customers. /liliTraining Quality Culture: Providing quality training to operators and new hires, reinforcing quality standards, safety awareness, and compliance within a chemical industrial environment. /li /ulh3Requisitos /h3h3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. /liliKnowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / EN9100 / NADCAP). /liliKnowledge of statistical tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, SPC, etc.). /liliAdvanced level in data analysis tools/software. /liliHigh level of English (minimum B2). /liliEnvironmental, safety, and regulatory awareness in industrial/chemical environments. /li /ulh3Personal Profile /h3ulliStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset. /liliDetail-oriented with a structured and methodical approach. /liliHigh commitment to quality, safety, and compliance. /liliAbility to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations teams. /liliProactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset. /liliStrong communication skills in technical environments. /li /ulh3We Offer /h3pJoining a solid and growing industrial group within the chemical components sector.
