These platforms power our MDR services and incorporate our Online Portal, the single point of interaction for customers to access information, view dashboards and reports, control services, raise tickets, and engage with our expert teams. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Development and DevOps, to manage the development pipeline and ensure a world‑class customer experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the Online Portal and MDR platforms. /li liOwn and prioritize the product backlog, compile specification documents, and collaborate with DevOps teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements, coordinating releases, and communicating progress, priorities,



and changes. /li liDrive the design of intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces in partnership with UX/UI designers, iterating based on customer feedback and analytics. /li liWork closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks. /li liLeverage cybersecurity expertise to showcase offerings, incorporate emerging trends, and ensure the portal effectively supports customer needs. /li liDefine KPIs to measure portal success, review analytics and user feedback, and identify areas for improvement. /li /ul h3Competencies Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of cybersecurity technology, services, and solutions. /li liExperience working with DevOps teams to manage development pipelines and deliver scalable, reliable solutions. /li liExcellent understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps. /li liExceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liProven ability to prioritize competing demands and make data‑driven decisions. /li liFamiliarity with Git (Gitlab and GitHub). /li liExperience with customer portal design, dashboard creation, and reporting tools is a plus. /li /ul h3Basic Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in a product owner or similar role. /li liExperience in cybersecurity or MDR platform domains preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
