In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, helping us attract and hire multilingual talent for our contact center operations. /p pIf you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with candidates, and making a real impact on business growth, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3Tasks /h3 pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liManage the end-to-end recruitment process for customer service and back-office positions. /li liSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, universities, and other recruitment channels. /li liPublish and maintain attractive job advertisements across multiple platforms. /li liScreen CVs and conduct telephone and video interviews. /li liAssess candidates' skills, motivation, language proficiency, and cultural fit. /li liCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support throughout the selection process. /li liMaintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
