/h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field. /li liFluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. /li li4–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics. /li liStrong experience developing, deploying, and scaling machine learning models using Python or similar technologies. /li liSolid understanding of AI and machine learning methodologies, including tree-based methods, Bayesian approaches, and modern Generative AI technologies. /li liHands‑on experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or related GenAI frameworks to solve business challenges. /li liFamiliarity with cloud‑based data and AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services for data storage, compute, automation, machine learning, and application deployment. /li liKnowledge of relational, SQL, and NoSQL databases, as well as data engineering and ETL/ELT processes. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liProactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset, with a passion for leveraging data and AI to solve complex business challenges. /li liExperience in consulting is a strong plus. /li liExperience in pharma, medtech or consumer health is a strong plus, including familiarity with industry data, business processes, and challenges across pricing, market access and commercial functions. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
