The role holds end-to-end responsibility for internal recruitment processes, from sourcing and headhunting to selection and onboarding. The Recruiter will proactively identify and attract top talent across multiple functions and seniority levels, with a strong focus on corporate and management roles. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and support in end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate, management, and selected operational roles across Europe, North Africa, and Turkey, as well as trainee recruitment for the Barcelona Head Office. /liliWork closely with hiring managers to support recruitment needs, prepare job descriptions and job adverts, and ensure hiring criteria are clearly defined. /liliDraft, update, and publish job adverts across relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and employer branding guidelines. /liliProactively source, headhunt, and attract top talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct search.



/liliScreen applications, assess candidate suitability, coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with managers and senior stakeholders. /liliAct as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear, timely communication and regular updates on application status. /liliProvide recruitment support for selected roles related to new openings, ensuring timely and efficient hiring in line with project timelines. /liliSupport managing offer processes, including preparation of employment offers and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time. /liliOversee and support the onboarding process for few roles, including ATS management, right-to-work checks, and coordination of inductions to ensure a smooth candidate experience. /liliPromote Sunset Hospitality Group’s employer brand and support external talent attraction initiatives by attending career fairs, hospitality schools, networking events, and recruitment partnerships across the region. /liliPrepare, consolidate, and present accurate recruitment reports, including weekly/monthly insights on hiring activity, pipelines, recruitment trends, and support with salary benchmarking studies.



/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. /lili2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on hospitality, Food Beverage (restaurants) and/or hotel roles. /liliStrong experience managing recruitment for management, corporate, and operational positions. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages as Spanish and/or Italian are a strong plus. /liliExperience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job descriptions and adverts to onboarding. /liliExperience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms. /liliSolid understanding of candidate experience best practices and employer branding in a hospitality context. /liliStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional scope. /liliComfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment. /liliHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliStrong experience in recruitment processes. /liliExcellent communication skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills /h3ulliExperience in hospitality recruitment. /liliKnowledge of employer branding. /liliFluency in additional languages. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
