SThree has been successfully operating in Spain for over eight years, building a strong presence within the STEM recruitment market. As we continue to invest in our growth strategy, we are looking for someone who can bring experience, market knowledge and leadership potential to help drive the next phase of our success. This is a strategic hire for our business. We need someone who can not only build and grow a successful market but also contribute to improving team performance, sharing best practices and helping us strengthen our position in Madrid. For the right individual, this role offers a clear pathway towards greater responsibility and the opportunity to step into a leadership position as the business continues to expand.

What you’ll be doing

- Build, grow and own a high‑performing client portfolio.
- Drive new business and expand strategic client relationships.
- Deliver high‑value talent solutions in competitive STEM markets.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and outperform expectations.
- Act as a subject matter expert within your market and support the development of colleagues and team performance.
