Qualifications & Experience 6‑8 years of experience as a structural designer on significant building projects, with proven team leadership or mentoring skills. A degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred) and Chartered status with a relevant institution. Proficiency in the use of advanced structural analysis programs. Expertise in BIM methodology (Revit) and parametric design tools (Rhino/Grasshopper), with programming (Python) and AI skills being a significant advantage. Fluency in both Spanish and English.
