Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency and timely delivery. Ensure compliance with Spanish financial regulations and internal standards. Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including international HQ,

Perfil ideal The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial management roles, ideally within hospitality, entertainment or similarly dynamic sectors. Strong knowledge of financial principles and Spanish regulatory frameworks is essential. Experience working with international organisations and collaborating with integral HQ teams. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop teams. High proficiency in financial systems and tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
