Cost optimisation and sourcing Review of technology OPEX and operational efficiency analysis. Optimisation of contracts, licences and sourcing models. Assessment of the TCO of key initiatives, especially in cloud environments. Committee support Preparation of materials,



minutes and documentation for strategic and technical committees. Coordination with high-level stakeholders and follow-up on agreements. Senior consultant or manager with 10+ years in banking. Demonstrable experience in financial IT transformation. Proficiency in executive reporting, presentations and committee materials. Solid experience in governance, risk, compliance and auditing. Knowledge of sourcing, cost optimisation and Fin Ops. Experience in regulated environments and high-impact projects. Access to ongoing training.
