This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM). * Provide expert support for existing SAP QM functionalities, including incident resolution, problem management, and performance optimization. * Lead and participate in SAPQM projects, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. * Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides. * Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP QM functionalities. * Collaborate with business process owners to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative SAP QM solutions. * Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and integrity of implemented solutions. * Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP QM technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the system capabilities. * Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards,



and regulatory requirements. **SKILLS:** * Bachelor's degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field**. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in **SAP ERP QM** module configuration, implementation, and support. * Strong understanding of **quality management processes in a manufacturing or aerospace environment**. * Proven experience with **SAP QM functionalities** including Quality Inspection, Quality Planning, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management. * Familiarity with **integration points** between SAP QM and other modules like PP, MM, SD, and PM. * Experience with **project methodologies** (e.G., Agile, Waterfall) and **IT service management frameworks** (e.G., ITIL). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) in both **Spanish and English.** * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a complex international environment. * SAP QM certification is highly desirable.**WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?**At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
