Is it you? Read on! /p pIn this position you will be in charge of a team of entertainers, so you should not be afraid of organisational tasks. Of course, you will not be alone, but will work together with your area coordinator. /p pYour responsibilities will be: /p ul liImplementing the programme of daytime and evening activities (we have teams of 2-12 entertainers). /li liOrganising the schedules of the entertainers /li liReporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv. /li liFollowing Acttiv’s quality policy /li liBeing aware of the needs of your team’s entertainers. /li liAttending and receiving training provided by the company. /li liParticipating in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area. /li liMonitoring your team’s time recording /li liTraining and evaluating your team /li liObtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment /li /ul pOf course, organisation is not everything: you will participate in shows, and interact with guests from all over the world. /p h3What are we asking for? /h3 pDo you want to know if you are the idóneo candidate? At Acttiv we need a person who: /p ul liHas previous experience of at least one season as entertainment manager. /li liHas an excellent level of Spanish and English. Any other language, such as French, is always welcome. /li liValued education (but not essential): studies related to tourist entertainment or tourism. /li liProficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint.
