As OT Expert, you serve as the principal OT technical authority within Customer Success, guiding customers and partners to maximize value from Armis Centrix in complex industrial settings. You work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and support to solve tough problems, design scalable architectures, and drive mature OT adoption. Your focus is on resolving critical incidents, optimizing visibility and monitoring, and shaping product direction to meet real-world OT needs. This role offers a chance to influence large-scale industrial environments and deliver measurable outcomes for customers.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as the primary OT technical subject matter expert for Armis Centrix in industrial environments
• Collaborate with TCSMs, Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Support, partners, and customers on complex engagements
• Lead investigations into technically challenging OT issues (architecture, visibility, protocol decoding, network segmentation, scalability, integrations)
• Identify architectural, operational,



and process root causes and design scalable solutions
• Recommend architectural improvements and monitoring strategies to improve visibility, resilience, and business value
• Guide customers from initial deployment to mature, strategic adoption of Armis across OT ecosystems
• Advise on how Armis capabilities support OT initiatives (asset lifecycle, risk, security posture, compliance)
• Mentor internal teams on architecture, troubleshooting, and field lessons
• Influence Product Management and Engineering by surfacing customer needs and gaps
• Develop reusable guidance, playbooks, xqbhyrx and documentation; share knowledge via internal sessions
• Represent Armis as a trusted OT expert in customer engagements and strategic discussions

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in OT/ICS/critical infrastructure environments
• Proven expertise with OT asset visibility platforms (Armis, Claroty, Nozomi, or equivalents)
• Experience designing, reviewing, and optimizing OT architectures
• Strong understanding of industrial networking, passive monitoring, OT protocols, and SPAN/TAP/packet acquisition
