We can't wait to meet you! /p pPlease note: /p ul liOur Demand Planner Buying Controller will be bbased in Barcelona /b. /li /ul h3What will be your responsibilities? /h3 ul liContinuously evaluate historical and current sales data. /li liIdentify trends, seasonality, and behavioral patterns by channel and category. /li /ul h3Global Channel Demand Forecasting (B2B/B2C) /h3 ul liGenerate and periodically update product forecasts. /li liCoordinate with the E-commerce, Wholesale, and Marketing teams to align predictions.



/li /ul h3Purchasing Production Planning /h3 ul liPlan and monitor purchases of external brands. /li liPlan the production of our private labels (Ondo and Meisani) in collaboration with external factories and internal teams. /li liOptimize replenishment processes to ensure adequate product coverage. /li liControl inventory levels and stock rotation. /li /ul h3Budget Execution /h3 ul liMonitor the purchasing budget closely. /li liControl deviations and propose corrective measures to maintain financial alignment. /li /ul h3Reporting Analysis /h3 ul liGenerate reports and dashboards for key KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, coverage, rotation). /li liProvide support for strategic decision-making through updated analytical information. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liDegree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field. /li liFluent in English and Spanish, Catalan is a plus. /li liMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, purchasing, or controlling within retail, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or mass-consumer goods environments. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
