As our Finance Business Partner in Spain, you'll be at the heart of that mission – translating financial insights into real business impact and helping our teams make bold, data‑driven decisions. About This Role You'll join a high‑performing Finance team that leads, delivers, and cares. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with the Country Manager and Local Management Team to drive strategic planning, performance reporting, and financial accountability across Spain. Reporting to the Director of Finance Business Partnering, you will own the local P&L;, support accounting compliance, and act as a trusted co‑pilot to the business – championing continuous improvement and risk‑aware decision making. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles – delivering timely, accurate financial insights to the Country Manager and Local Management Team. Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting;
translate numbers into actionable commercial recommendations. Drive local accounting accuracy and compliance, partnering with Finance Operations and the Financial Controller on statutory accounts and audits. Monitor financial trajectory, flag risks and opportunities, and build scenario plans to keep the business on track. Partner with Group finance systems teams to optimise ERP, TMS,



and planning tools – championing data quality and process improvement. Lead, coach, and develop a small local Finance team – fostering workload balance, career growth, and a culture of high performance. Act as the finance co‑pilot for business development: building productive cross‑functional relationships across Local and Central teams. Qualifications A dynamic, delivery‑oriented mindset – you take ownership, meet deadlines, and continuously look for ways to improve. Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail;
able to consolidate multiple data sources and produce clear executive summaries. Strategic thinking with a commercial edge – you see the big picture and translate it into actionable local targets. Credible influencing skills with the ability to build productive relationships across Finance, Commercial, and Central teams.
