Essential Roles & Responsibilities Implement and support Azure and Private Cloud infrastructure solutions Configure, manage, and optimise compute, storage, networking, and security services Support migration, modernisation, and upgrade activities Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and changes Create and maintain accurate technical documentation Support service transition into in-life managed support Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on solution delivery Mentor Level 2 engineers and support skills development Clearly communicate technical decisions and issues to stakeholders Financial Services & Regulatory Compliance Ensure engineering activities comply with financial services regulations (e.G.
