We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst to join our ESG team in Madrid. The role focuses on data management, analysis, insight generation, and support of integral ESG initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollect, validate, consolidate, and analyze ESG, CSR, and DEIB data across geographies. /li liDevelop insights, dashboards, and reporting materials to support decision-making and monitor CSR DEIB KPIs. /li liDesign and improve DEIB CSR data management processes, reporting frameworks, and governance practices. /li liContribute to the development and implementation of ESG, CSR DEIB initiatives aligned with company priorities. /li liSupport cross‑functional ESG, CSR DEIB projects by coordinating information, monitoring deliverables, and facilitating stakeholder alignment. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective data flows, reporting consistency, and alignment on ESG, CSR DEIB requirements. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and process automation. /li liSupport day‑to‑day CSR DEIB activities, including ESG regulatory reporting, KPI monitoring, DEIB strategic initiatives, and the Corporate Volunteering Programme. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering,
