ph3What You'll Do: /h3 pAs Vendor Master Data / TE Specialist, you will be responsible for: /p ul lithe reliability and quality of the Vendor Master Data for all Criteo’s entities worldwide. /li lithe quality, process and cut off expense claims for all central entities /li liEnsuring and fulfill our KYS process, SOX standards and answering to our periodic audit controls queries /li /ul pThis requires close collaboration with the IT, GL Tax, Procurement and Internal Control teams, as well as with the Accounts Payable team in Paris and other members of the finance team in the complex countries. You will be part of Finance Shared Services and will report to the VMD/TE Team Lead, based in Paris. /p pYour tasks will include: /p ul liVendor Master Data /li liEnsuring vendors are created, updated and deleted appropriately, and in compliance with SOX standards /li liEnsuring Vendor data is completed in alignment with contracts signed by the Business Development, Procurement and any Purchasing requester /li liCleaning, upgrading, updating and due diligence of the vendor master database with our screening compliance tool as regard of the KYS process /li /ul ul liTE process /li /ul ul liEnsuring that all TE are processed in a timely manner in compliance with SOX requirements /li liProcess and manage company card expenses and queries /li liIdentifying gaps and escalating issues /li /ul ul liService quality /li /ul ul liEnsuring that queries are answered in a timely manner /li /ul h3Who You Are: /h3 ul liHighly Organized and Efficient, Structured,
