To support our ambitious expansion across Iberia, we're looking for an bOperations Specialist /b who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders to make things happen. /p pIn this role, you'll own the end-to-end operational process related to the installation of parcel machines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. /p h3What responsibilities and objectives will you have? /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end operational process associated with the installation of parcel machines across Iberia. /li liSchedule, coordinate and manage multiple requests across different stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met. /li liBuild and maintain strong working relationships with commercial managers and internal teams to facilitate smooth collaboration. /li liCoordinate internal operations to provide timely and effective feedback to partners and stakeholders. /li liMonitor operational activities and ensure processes are executed efficiently and consistently. /li liTrack, report and deliver against key operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency. /li liMaintain a high level of organization while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /li /ul h3Well, what will the requirements be? /h3 ul liPrevious experience in an operations role working within a project team. /li liExperience operating successfully in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
