Experteer Overview
As an Associate Value Engineer, you join a fast-paced, globally connected team to translate customer needs into AI-enabled solutions on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You work with sales and customers to frame business value, run pilot proofs, and articulate ROI for senior stakeholders. The role blends technical execution with business acumen, shaping how clients realise value from Celonis and AI. This program offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to launch your career in enterprise software.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support the DACH Value Engineering team on customer engagements
• Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and map them to Celonis capabilities
• Execute proof projects to quantify business value and present ROI to executives
• Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to client needs (ML, LLM, orchestration)
• Drive change management and value realization post-implementation
• Build trusted relationships with customers through technical, product, and business insight
• Share customer insights with Product and Engineering to influence AI innovations
• Create reusable collateral,



best practices, and tools for the Global VE CoE
• Travel within the DACH region to meet clients in person

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
• Hands-on experience or internships in related areas
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python
• Exposure to process mining or willingness to learn Celonis Rising Star modules
• Analytical and creative problem-solving for applying tech to business problems
• Ability to create value for customers and influence decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Comfort presenting to senior management and C-level audiences
• Willingness to travel to meet clients in person
• Fluent in German and English
