ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWide knowledge and skills to ensure that the systems and equipment developed and produced are reliable, maintainable, safe and available when required by the client. /li liIn charge of managing the ILS engineering of the products, either by managing his own resources or by subcontracting work to companies, working on projects for external clients and internal company investments. /li liKnowledge in fundamentals of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). /li liSupervision of projects and subcontractors: Ability to plan, execute and supervise projects, both internal and contracts delegated to subcontractors, ensuring that time, cost and quality objectives are met. /li liKnowledge in defense regulations and standards relevant to the defense industry, such as STANAG, MIL-STD and DEF-STAN standards, and in particular those related to ILS. /li liTechnical knowledge in multidisciplinary systems in areas such as electronics, mechanics and telecommunications (HW and SW mainly) of defense, optionally of weapons systems, including their design, operation and maintenance. /li liKnowledge in reliability and maintainability analysis: Ability to perform reliability, availability, maintainability, security and testability analysis (RAM T and S), as well as life cycle cost analysis (LCC).
/li liGeneration of manuals, training and technical support. /li liPerform cost analysis and develop strategies to optimize support costs throughout the systems life cycle. /li liAs after-sales action manager, to be in charge of managing the maintenance actions of the systems in service, leading a team of technicians at factory and interacting with other departments of the company, such as the commercial team, quality, engineering or operations. Resolution of incidents, customer satisfaction and the provision of after‑sales services, both nationally and internationally. /li liCommunication and leadership: strong communication and leadership skills for work. /li liNational and international travels are required. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineering (master’s degree). /li liEngineering knowledge of design and development. /li liExperience in configuration management of complex systems to ensure traceability and integrity of the system throughout its lifecycle. /li liEnglish (high level). /li liUse of ILS management programs. /li liDriving license. /li liGerman and experience in the Defense sector (advantageous). /li /ul h3Location /h3 pMadrid, Spain. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
