You have the goal of converting them into actively interested customers /li liYou build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels of IT, Finance and Strategy, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement /li liYou will develop end customer knowledge and capture customer contracts in the CRM system allowing the sales team to understand the customer needs and adapt the next steps /li liYou will own the pipeline management forecast for your own set of accounts /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS:



/h3 ul liFirst years of experience in selling or Demand Generation preferably software or corresponding IT products, services and solutions /li liExperience with people employment or HR services is a plus /li liExperience engaging with B2B customers /li liExperience engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts /li liExperience engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy /li liExperience in IT management is a plus /li liNative level in German /li liEnglish at least C1 level in English /li liAny other languages welcome /li liA self-starter attitude, independent and able to work under pressure /li liAn absolute willingness to compete and win while demonstrating an ability to create strong relationships in B2B situations /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
