You will be responsible for owning electrofitting operations, material flow between our factory and Spain, and after-sales activities as Shift EV launches its products in the Spanish market. The role involves working closely with local service providers, workshops, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution from inbound materials to vehicle delivery and post-delivery support. /ppYou will collaborate with Shift EV’s integral manufacturing, technology, and after-sales teams, support local trials and pilots, and report directly to the Spain Country Manager, playing a key role in building and scaling operations in Spain. /ph3YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER /h3h3Electrofitting Operations /h3ulliSetup, onboard and partner with different service providers to deliver electrofitting solutions to our customers through owned and outsourced facilities. /liliBuild a team of technicians and engineers to own all electrofitting operations in Spain,
