As a Billing Analyst, you will collaborate with multiple Sulzer Legal Entities and engage with diverse stakeholders, including Project Managers, Finance Heads, the CoE Accounting Manager, the Reporting and Analytics team, and external customers. /p pbYour main tasks and responsibilities: /b /p ul lipPrepare and issue invoices to customers based on service agreements and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in billing details and compliance with contractual terms /p /li lipClosely collaborate with the local Project Manager /p /li lipReview and reconcile billing data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary adjustments or corrections /p /li lipEnsure timely invoice dispatch to third‑party customers in line with customer requirements, complying with local regulations (e.g., B2B e‑invoicing). /p /li lipCollaborate with sales, customer service, the cash collections team, and project management teams to gather necessary information for billing, and to resolve any billing‑related issues and queries. /p /li lipMaintain and update customer billing information and records in the billing system /p /li lipPerform AR, Revenue Aging analysis /p /li lipSupport the month‑end and year‑end close processes,



including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations related to billing /p /li lipGenerate and analyze billing reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve the billing process and reduce errors. Closely collaborate with the Reporting Analytics team on this /p /li lipEnsure compliance with OTC internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements related to billing operations /p /li lipParticipate in the implementation and improvement of billing systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy, in cooperation with the OTC GPO. /p /li lipProvide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and addressing auditor inquiries related to billing /p /li lipSupport the intercompany billing process. /p /li lipSupport definition and preparation of KPIs in the billing area. /p /li /ul pbTo succeed in this role, you will need: /b /p ul lipUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. /p /li lipMinimum of 2 years of experience in billing in a similar role. /p /li lipExperience within the manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred. /p /li lipStrong understanding of the Order to Cash cycle. /p /li lipStrong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition and billing process /p /li lipProficiency in interpreting billing reports /p /li lipExcellent analytical,



problem‑solving and decision‑making skills /p /li lipStrong communication skills for delivering key insights to i.e. Senior Billing Accountants, CoE Accounting Manager, Reporting Analytics team and Country Finance Heads /p /li lipExperience in Global Business Services or Finance Shared Services organizations will be highly valued. /p /li lipExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, iScala) highly valued. /p /li lipProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). /p /li lipFluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. /p /li lipGreat communication skills.
