Serving as the primary point of contact, the Ops team acts as a bridge between our customers and our carefully chosen service providers. The team plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience at OVRSEA. Reactivity, excellence, pedagogy, and customer awareness are the guiding principles that drive our team. /ppThis position is based in Barcelona. /ph3Your missions as an Operations Intern at OVRSEA /h3h3Global transport operations (70%) /h3ulliSupport a portfolio of customers. /liliCarry‑out and organize air, sea, road and rail transport. /liliAdvise customers and resolve issues proactively. /li /ulh3Customer success management (20%) /h3ulliBeing the main point of contact with existing clients. /liliFinding upsell opportunities. /liliIncrease client platform usage. /li /ulh3Development and structuring (10%) /h3ulliManage supplier relationships and negotiations (carriers agents worldwide).
