In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising projects within Alcon’s Project Management function. You’ll support the VP with calendar and travel tasks while driving project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation. You’ll work with cross-functional, international teams to ensure timely deliverables and share lessons learned from project reviews. Based in Barcelona, you help translate strategy into action and contribute to global project initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in Project and/or Program Management with executive-level planning and coordination
• Experience in cross-functional, multinational environments with diverse stakeholders
• Advanced English and fluency in the local language
• Flexible and adaptable mindset for changing priorities and cultural xqbhyrx contexts
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with proactive issue resolution
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
