The role involves tackling complex design challenges, expanding our in‑house design system, and consulting on bespoke solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liRedesign the mobile web application by gathering customer insights, wireframing new flows, and implementing these designs through our design system. /li liBuild adaptable, composable components that enable other engineers to create custom auto‑completes with advanced filtering and creation options. /li liImprove other engineers' designs, focusing on information hierarchy and scannability to help recruiters quickly parse candidate assessments. /li liCollaborate across product, design, and engineering to research problems, write product specifications, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong fundamentals in software engineering: debugging, abstractions, and fast learning. /li liExperience with typed languages (e.g., TypeScript) is preferred but not required. /li liComfortable designing user interfaces and translating them into functional code.
