These values shape the way we work together, fostering an inclusive environment where different cultures and perspectives are valued, ensuring everyone feels connected and empowered to contribute to our shared success. /ppWe are currently looking for a Plant Manager Responsible for two manufacturing facilities within the Group, Balsareny and Parets. /ppThe successful candidate will report directly to the Iberia Operations Director. /ph3POSITION MISSION /h3pTo provide full operational leadership for two manufacturing plants of IBERIA (Parets del Vallés and Balsareny), ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People objectives through effective leadership, outstanding organizational skills and strong coordination of the management teams across both locations. /ppThe role is responsible for ensuring operational stability, driving continuous improvement, developing people and fostering process standardization between sites, while acting as a role model for leadership and company culture across both facilities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the overall operations of both manufacturing sites, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, service, productivity and financial objectives while fostering a high-performance culture. /liliDevelop and inspire the management teams,



promoting collaboration across functions and building engaged, accountable and autonomous teams. /liliDrive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across both plants. /liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, quality and food safety standards, promoting a culture of prevention, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. /liliOversee the financial performance of both sites, managing budgets, profitability and operational efficiency while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and sustainable growth. /liliLead organizational transformation by supporting the implementation of new technologies, systems and ways of working that strengthen business performance. /li /ulh3The Ideal Candidate Will Have /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, Operations, or similar) /lili5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations /liliProven leadership experience at plant or operations level /liliExperience in growth, transformation, or scale-up environments /liliExperience in process-driven industries /liliA minimum C1 level of English is required /liliAvailability to travel approximately twice per month /liliWe are looking for a leader with a strategic mindset, a results-driven approach, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
