ppWe are currently looking for an bHR Services Manager /b for our headquarters in bMadrid /b. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe HR Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing key HR operational services and ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery of HR processes that support both the employee experience and business needs. /p pThis role combines HR operations management, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration, with responsibility for core services such as hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk. The position will also contribute to HR transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, standardization and service quality. /p pThe role reports to the Head of HR Operations and leads a small HR services team. /p h3Functions /h3 ul liOversee the delivery of key HR operational services, including hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk. /li liEnsure HR processes are delivered efficiently and with high service quality across the organization. /li liMonitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for HR services within scope. /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures and Spanish labour regulations. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve HR governance, processes and systems. /li liLead and support HR operations improvement initiatives and transformation projects, focusing on efficiency, standardization and automation. /li liPromote best practices in HR service delivery and operational excellence. /li liEnsure high levels of data accuracy and reliability across HR systems. /li liEnsure HR services are delivered with a strong employee‑centric and customer‑service mindset. /li liAct as a key operational contact for HR-related queries and service delivery topics. /li liCollaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to ensure HR services effectively support organizational needs. /li liContribute to the design and implementation of solutions that improve employee access to HR services. /li liLead, coach and develop a small HR services team.



/li liFoster a collaborative, service‑oriented and continuous improvement culture. /li liBachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. /li liExperience in HR operations, HR services or HR shared services environments. /li liSolid understanding of payroll processes and labour relations fundamentals. /li liExperience participating in or managing HR process improvement or transformation projects. /li liExperience working with HR Business Partners and interacting with business stakeholders. /li liSpanish level C2 and English level C1. /li /ul h3Valuable requirements /h3 ul liPostgraduate degree in HR, Business or Labour Law. /li liExperience leading small teams. /li liExperience working in international and matrix organizations. /li /ul h3Competencies required for the job position /h3 ul liStrong customer‑service mindset and focus on employee experience. /li liStructured and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liDigital mindset and interest in improving HR processes and systems. /li liCollaborative, proactive and solution‑oriented approach. /li /ul h3Committed to inclusion /h3 pAt ENGIE we value and encourage diversity and inclusion.
