After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island. /p h3About The Role /h3 pThe Sommelier Supervisor is responsible for leading the wine programme and supporting the daily operations of the beverage service within our beach restaurant. This role combines expert wine knowledge with hands‑on leadership, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving beverage sales and maintaining the highest standards of service. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liCurate and maintain the restaurant’s wine list in collaboration with the Food Beverage leadership team.
