/li /ul pbPlanning and Facilitating Learning Experiences: /b /p ul liLiaise with relevant partners to plan and organize learning experience implementation using various methods, including in‑person sessions, virtual classrooms, role‑playing, and blended learning approaches. /li liPlan and facilitate monthly brand immersion sessions for new employees in Spain / Portugal region. /li liPlan and facilitate sales and customer experience learning that enables our sales teams to develop skills and expertise needed to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. /li liPlan and facilitate product knowledge training incorporating storytelling. /li liPlan and facilitate learning experiences for career development and managerial skills. /li liUse various methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences. /li /ul pbEvaluation and Feedback: /b /p ul liMonitor learning experience impact, collecting participant and stakeholder feedback to provide the Learning Experience Snr.
