Experteer Overview
As a Senior Product Designer at Glovo, you shape the user experience and visual language for mobile and web, translating product goals into intuitive interfaces. You will collaborate with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions. You’ll mentor junior designers and contribute to and use the Design System, elevating design quality across the team. Work with cross-functional partners to plan and execute engaging experiences at scale, guided by user empathy. This role offers the chance to impact how millions of users interact with Glovo’s platform and brand.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in product design within a product-focused environment
• Portfolio with case studies detailing challenges, methods, roles, and outcomes
• Strong user-centric mindset with ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data
• Collaborative, ego-free mindset with iterative, fast-paced approach
• Excellent communication to facilitate design processes and articulate reasoning
• Solid skills with design tools (e.g., Figma) and prototyping
• Experience building and scaling hybrid component libraries / Design Systems
• Experience in fast-paced product organizations (a plus)
