ppbGroup IPS is looking for a Manager for the Building installations engineering department at one of the group's companies /b /p pBased in Madrid, the candidate will manage the building services team within a group dedicated to the design of building projects and will coordinate with the group’s structural and architectural teams. /p h3Profile /h3 pYour responsibilities may include: /p ul liLeading the facilities team, coordinating staff, managing projects and clients, as well as coordinating with other departments within the group: architecture, structural engineering, etc. /li liManaging and supervising building facilities projects, including mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection, and other related systems. /li liCollaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the proper integration of MEP systems within the overall project. /li liSupervising the installation and commissioning of systems, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations, as well as safety and energy efficiency standards. /li liPrepare and coordinate budgets, technical drawings, and specifications, using tools such as project management software to document and coordinate work and the Autodesk platform. /li liInspect and analyze technical issues, propose solutions, and make design adjustments based on presente site conditions.



/li liCoordinate and supervise the technical teams and contractors responsible for the installation of MEP systems. /li liReport to project managers and contractors. /li liEnsure that health and safety policies are followed on-site and assist in preparing documentation for permits and licenses. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as an MEP team coordinator. Over 10 years of total experience. /li liSolid knowledge of building systems design, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, electrical circuits, and lighting controls. /li liExperience in data centers or similar mission-critical projects is a plus. /li liLanguages: English and Spanish.
